    OVERALL CONSIDERATIONS:
The requirements for an informative speech were met overall, including the length of the presentation and topic. The organization was pretty clear, but could have been even clearer by using more signposts and/or giving a roadmap/preview at the beginning, making it easier for the audience to follow. The number of main points were limited to two or three as required, but it was a bit difficult to separate them.

    SUBSTANCE:
Enough context and background information were laid out in the beginning. The use of statistics and support was very useful. Explanation of the steps were clear and straightforward, except for the categorization part :)

    STRUCTURE:
The main parts were very detailed. For these details and content to be delivered even more effectively, using signposts would be helpful and the presentation would be much easier to follow. The introduction did spark my interest, but maybe a stronger, more expressive delivery would have been even more attention-grabbing. The last sentence of the presentation was good in that it stuck in my mind, but the conclusion could have been a bit more elaborate and more effective. Maybe including a brief recap of the main points with information that leads to the last sentence would be useful in making the audience remember the speech even better?

    DELIVERY
The language was relaxed, easy to understand, and simple. The volume of the speaker’s voice was appropriate and so was the pace. Changes in intonation, pace, and volume would make the speech even more effective and add expressiveness. The use of a prop was good but it would have been nice if the speaker hadn’t kept touching it and looked down at it so much. As for eye contact, the speaker did look in the general direction of the camera, but sometimes he looked around or in the air when he was thinking. Overall, it was comfortable to listen to the speaker and there were no difficulties understanding him.

This is well prepared and well organized presentation. And it is definitely informative. Every point is strongly explained expect one process. Presenter used visual aid to enhance understanding. Overall, presenter's voice is audibly and cleat, eye contact is also better than last time. But, he looks still a little nervous. All in all, it is a
    commendable presentation.
