Speaking Feedback Date : 21th April, 2016 Speaker: Soohyun Jeong Evaluator: Juyeon Lee Title : The Perfect Vacation Plan
1. What strong points does the speaker have? Clear voice, informative content and confidence.
2. How well did the audience get to know the speech subject? I think the audience understood it quite clearly.
3. Did the speech reflect adequate preparation? Yes. The speaker rarely looked the note card and was very confident.
4. Did the speaker talk clearly and audibly? Yes. The speaker's voice was very clear and easy to understand.
5. Did the speech have a definite opening, body, and conclusion? The opening was not that powerful as she mentioned some general information, but it made the audience feel like listening to a story. Body
6. Please comment on the speaker’s use of notes/eye contact. She tried to keep eye contact with the audience. She saw her notes few times but it was just few times. It did not spoil the atmosphere of the speech at all.
7. What could the speaker have done differently that would have improved the speech? I think she takes way deep breaths while speaking. It sometimes bothered me to concentrate on the speech. But other things were perfect.
8. What did you like about the presentation? I really like her presentation. It was a great chance for me to know whom others admire.

1. What strong points does the speaker have? She speaks very fluently like a native american, so I can understand what she tells easily.
2. How well did the audience get to know the speech subject? Although I don't know about the subject, I could deeply understand the subjuct's life after I heard her speech.
3. Did the speech reflect adequate preparation? She described the subject in detail. I can say that she prepared very well.
4. Did the speaker talk clearly and audibly? There's no doubt about it.
5. Did the speech have a definite opening, body, and conclusion? Yes. Her speech is organized.
6. Please comment on the speaker’s use of notes/eye contact. She is very good at facial expression, especially, an eye contact.
7. What could the speaker have done differently that would have improved the speech? If she uses more gestures, it would be better, I think.
8. What did you like about the presentation? Her stable voice was my favorit and the speed of her speech is good to understand.
