    Title : Person I Admire

    1. What strong points does the speaker have?
His topic and contents is very good. It seems like he has done lot of research. He looks confident and speak firmly.

    2. How well did the audience get to know the speech subject?
It was easy to discover his subject. It was indicated well in the speech.

    3. Did the speech reflect adequate preparation?
Yes. He seems like to prepare the speech very well. The speech was very informative and he memorized most of his script.

    4. Did the speaker talk clearly and audibly?
Yes. He spoke clearly and audibly, but it would have better if he spoke little bit slower and less stiffly. His tone was monotonous and seemed bit nervous. However, he maintained good posture the whole time.

    5. Did the speech have a definite opening, body, and conclusion?
Yes. He clearly indicated his topic in his intro; personal history and the accomplishment of Elon Musk and the reason why he liked him in the body; and wrap up in the conclusion.

    6. Please comment on the speaker’s use of notes/eye contact.
He only looked at his notes few times and still delivered a good speech. However, I think it would have been better if he made more eye contacts with people watching him. (Evenly distribute the eye contact maybe)

    7. What could the speaker have done differently that would have improved the speech?
I think he could improve his speech by making more eye contacts, speak slower and less stiff.

    8. What did you like about the presentation?
I think the overall contents was very informative and well developed. He seems to know his topic very well and confident about it; it was the parts I liked the most about his speech. Confident appearance and speaking gave me the impression that the contents is trustworthy.

Right off the bat, the audience could tell that the presenter was well-prepared and the presentation was well-organized. The start was strong and clear. It would have been even better if this had lasted steadily throughout the presentation but there were a few parts of uncertainty. However, overall, it was informative and delivered clearly, audibly, and with good eye-contact. Steady eye contact was something I definitely noticed, since that is once of my weak points.
There was a clear introduction, body, and conclusion. Signposting in the beginning and the end were clear, but it would have helped the audience to stay attentive and follow more easily if there had been more signposts within the body as well.
The posture was also good overall. There were no distracting swaying or movements, but maybe a more natural, less rigid position of the arms or hands and a few gestures might be good?
All in all, the presentation was well-organized, well-prepared, and delivered in a very clear and solid manner. Adding a sprinkle of "relaxation"(?) might make it even better.

  5. Self Evaluation

I think I prepared well, however, maybe I prepare too much content that made me trouble to memorized the speech. And unfortunately, somehow I was a little anxious when I was on my speech. So that hindered my whole play. Also, I should ues more voval variety.

And last. I like to thanks all commenters that post reasonable advise.
