Before starting the evaluation, I would like to note that the video was a bit fuzzy, so it was difficult to see the presenter clearly, like the direction of the presenter's eyes. The delivery was very clear and loud, nice to listen to. There were only a couple of times where I wasn't sure what was being said. The pace was also good. The presenter's posture is steady, but maybe a bit on the stiff side. Looking at the notes less would improve delivery as eye contact was made only for brief intervals and only in one direction (I think). As for the content, it was well organized and had a good flow to it, like a good story. However, it was a shame since the organization wasn't clearly noticeable. The introduction and conclusion were very short and the transitions between the introduction, body, and conclusion were a bit abrupt. Having signposts for each part and adding a preview and a review would be very helpful. It would also help to increase impact, especially at the end when the presenter mentions how the person he talked about is like the North star for him in his life journey. I enjoyed listening to the presentation and finding out about his teacher. There was a nice balance between enough information and personal opinion. We were able to get to know the person pretty well and made me want to meet him.
